Who we are

 

Ted Foy and Peggy Hallward bought the lake and surrounding land in 1996. They built Stillwaters Wilderness Retreat themselves with the help of local carpenters and with local wood.

Ted is an experienced woodsman, carpenter, and canoeist. Peggy works for the federal government.

They have two children and two miniature Schnauzers.
